If you’re not fully satisfied and would like to request a return, simply email us at info@comfola.com with the reason for your return. How to Return a Product and Request a Return

If you’d like to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to begin the return process. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer returns after 30 days, but we encourage you to give us a call so we can explore options to help you get the most value from your purchase.

 

If you’re returning your item for any reason other than damage or defect, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a prepaid return label for your convenience, but please note that the cost of the label, along with a 25% restocking fee, will be deducted from your return. Alternatively, you’re welcome to use your own return shipping method if you prefer.

 

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at info@comfola.com with photos of the issue. We're happy to send replacement parts at no cost to you if the damage is covered under your warranty. If you’d prefer a return, we’ll issue a prepaid return label and process your full return once the returned item has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
