Pickups are typically scheduled by our logistics providers on Tuesdays and Fridays, ensuring a smooth and timely transfer. They’ll use the contact information you provided at checkout, so be sure to keep an eye on your email or phone for scheduling details.
To ensure safe and secure delivery, someone must be available at your delivery address to sign for the package. If you prefer to receive your order without a required signature, just reach out to our support team at info@comfola.com to confirm.
Please keep in mind that if you waive the signature requirement, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
